The Village Bistro (A Unit Of Sai Service Station Ltd.)

The Village Bistro is a little spot over in the School Block of I.P. Extension. Our address is Us-181, and we’re right near the Maitri Apartments. We are actually a unit of Sai Service Station Ltd., which sounds a bit official, but we’re just a local place to eat. It’s a neighborhood joint in Delhi - 1100 92. We don't have a chef with a tall white hat or a menu you can't read. We just serve food that we like and hope you like it too. The space isn't huge, but it's comfortable enough for a meal. We’ve got some tables and chairs and a small kitchen where everything happens. You might hear the noise from the street sometimes, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’re visiting someone at the apartments. We keep things pretty simple. The staff is just a few of us who have been working together for a while. We aren't trying to be the most famous bistro in the city. We just want to stay open and keep the kitchen running. Sometimes we run out of things or the delivery is late, but we make do. It’s an honest little business and we’re happy to be part of the School Block community. We just enjoy cooking and serving our neighbors every day.
