The Travel Co

We are tucked away in Lane Number 4 over in Abul Fazal Enclave. It's part of the Jamia Nagar area in New Delhi. The office is at J46. If you know the neighborhood, you know it gets quite crowded, especially in the afternoons. We’ve been operating The Travel Co from here for some time. It's just a small setup, mostly desks and a couple of old computers. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at train and flight schedules. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people walking to the market. It can be hard to find a parking spot if you’re driving a car. We mostly deal with people from the enclave who just walk in to ask about tickets or passport stuff. It isn’t a flashy place with big posters. We keep some registers and some tea stuff in the corner for when we have a long day. Sometimes the internet cuts out, which is a real pain when you’re trying to book something fast. We just try to get things done without too much fuss. It's a local business and we know a lot of the families around here. We’ve seen the lane change quite a bit over the years. We stay open until late most evenings because that’s when people get home from work and have time to stop by.
