The Tasty Tangles Restaurant ( Jumeirah Group)

We are located at 78/2 in Tulsi Colony, which is in the Kanker-Khera part of Meerut Cantt. It is quite a distance from the big cities, sitting here in Uttar Pradesh. Our restaurant is a place where we cook up a lot of different noodle dishes and other stuff. We have a kitchen that stays pretty hot all day because the stoves are always going. The staff here are mostly guys from around the Meerut area. We don't really have a big corporate feel even if we are part of a larger group. It is more about getting the food onto the tables. The dining area has a bunch of tables and chairs that we have to move around sometimes when big families come in. Tulsi Colony is a busy spot, so we see a lot of people passing by our windows. We spend our mornings prepping vegetables and getting the sauces ready. It isn't a fancy setup; it is just a place to eat. Sometimes the orders get backed up when it's busy, and we have to tell people it will be a bit of a wait. We just try to keep things moving. The floor gets a bit slippery by the end of the shift, so we are always mopping. We are just a local eating house trying to feed the people who live around the Cantt.
