The Taj Mahal Hotel,New Delhi

This might seem a bit unusual, but The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi is actually located out here in Village Chama. Our mail goes to the post office in Bisha Bajer. It is a far cry from the big city lights you might expect from the name. Life in the village is much slower and quieter. You hear the birds and the occasional tractor instead of sirens and horns. Chama is a small place, and everyone knows everyone else. We operate out of a modest building here. It’s not a multi-story luxury tower. It’s just a part of the local community. The road to Bisha Bajer can be a bit rough after the rains, but it’s a beautiful drive nonetheless. We spend our days dealing with the local pace of things. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or the power takes a break, but we just adapt. We have our office set up simply, with just what we need to stay organized. It’s funny how the address says Village Chama but the name points to the capital. We don't really explain it much, we just stay busy with our tasks. The air is fresher out here, and that is a nice change from the city dust. We are just a small group of people working in the district, far away from the rush, keeping things moving in our own way. It is a peaceful life, even if the address sounds a bit grand for a village.
