We’re based out of a flat in Vasant Kunj, specifically Flat 3162 in Sector-C, Pocket 3. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the main city center, which is a nice change of pace for us. The office is set up inside the apartment, which gives it a more relaxed feel than a standard corporate building. We have desks in what would normally be the living room and files stored in the cupboards. Most of our day is spent dealing with administrative tasks and paperwork that comes in from different directions. Being in Vasant Kunj means we deal with a lot of local traffic when we head out, but the greenery around the pocket makes up for it. We usually start the day by opening the windows to let some air in before the sun gets too hot. It’s not a place where guests come to stay, but rather where we handle the essential bits of the business side. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk during the afternoon slump. We don't have a big sign outside, just the door number, so people sometimes get lost looking for the right staircase. It’s a very grounded way to work, surrounded by neighbors and the sounds of a regular Delhi neighborhood. We keep things simple here and just focus on the lists and logs that need finishing before the day ends.
