The Taj Group Of Hotels & Resorts has an office here in East Jyoti Nagar, specifically at G 10, F 1 in Shahdara. While most people think of very fancy hotels when they hear the name, this particular spot is more of a quiet administrative hub for us in this part of Delhi. It is situated in a residential area, so it stays a bit calmer than the busy hotels in the middle of the city. We handle a variety of things here, like managing bookings or doing some of the backend work that helps keep the resorts running properly. This isn't a place for guests to stay, it’s just where the staff works on computers and answers the phones all day. Shahdara has its own way of doing things, and being based here means we are away from the main tourist spots but still very involved in the city’s business. The office is simple and does what it needs to do. We don’t have much in the way of decorations, just the usual office supplies and computers. Sometimes the traffic in East Jyoti Nagar can be a real headache, especially in the mornings, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Most of us just focus on our daily tasks, whether that is responding to emails or sorting through files for the main office. It is a lot of coordination between different departments, and we just try to keep our part of it organized.
