The Sariska Palace,Rajasthan

Our New Delhi office is up on the second floor of 308 in Mukerjee Nagar. It’s right there in the King’s Way Camp area, which is always buzzing with students and people heading to the metro station. It’s a bit of a contrast to the actual palace in Rajasthan, which is all quiet and grand. Here, it’s just us in a standard city office building. The stairs can be a bit steep, and the hallway is usually filled with the sound of other small businesses operating nearby. We spend our days managing the bookings and talking to people who want to visit the palace for a break. We have a few photos of the Rajasthan property on the walls just to remind us of the place we are sending people to. It’s mostly just desks, a few old filing cabinets, and a lot of ringing phones. We don't have a big fancy lobby for guests. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone drinking chai and looking over a guest list or a schedule. It feels very grounded and real here. We’ve been in this spot for a while, so we know the local chai-wallah and the stationery shop downstairs quite well. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction always happening in Delhi, but we keep things moving. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re just the city branch making sure the palace operations stay on track and people get their questions answered.
