The Royal Pacific Holiday

Our little spot is over at Nu- 96/C in Pitampura. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and we’re right in the thick of it. We spend our days here at The Royal Pacific Holiday figuring out where people want to go. It isn't a massive office with glass walls or a fancy coffee machine. We have a few chairs for when families come in to talk about their vacations. Usually, the desks are covered in brochures and notebooks where we’ve scribbled down flight times and hotel prices. It gets pretty lively when a few people are in at once, all wanting to go different places. We don't go for any of that corporate polish. We just sit down with you and look at the options. Pitampura is a great place to be because there is always something happening outside our door. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks for our lunch breaks. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we’re just looking at the facts and trying to find a way to get people a decent break. We keep the lights on and the computers running, and we just handle whatever comes our way. It’s a simple, local business where we know our customers by their first names most of the time. We aren't flashy travelers ourselves, but we enjoy the work.
