The Residence,New Delhi

We are located in Sangam Vihar, New Delhi, specifically at A-514. Riju Jha is the one who mainly looks after things here. It is a busy neighborhood and can get a bit crowded, but it is where we have set up shop. Our place is a bit like a home away from home for people who need a stay in the city. We do not have a big lobby or a fancy sign outside. It is just a regular building where we provide rooms. We spend a lot of time making sure the place is clean and that the guests are okay. Sangam Vihar has its challenges, like the narrow streets and the noise, but it has a lot of character too. We have been here for a while now and we know the local shops and the people around. It is not a polished hotel experience; it is more like staying with someone you know. We handle all the cooking and the cleaning ourselves mostly. We do not have a marketing budget or a big website. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking in. It is a simple way to earn a living. We just want to provide a decent place to sleep for a fair price. It is hard work and the days are long, but we are used to it. Riju keeps everything organized as best as he can.
