The Qutab Hotel New Delhi

We are located in the Kalkaji area of New Delhi, specifically in the DDA Flats at J-1/297. We are up on the 3rd floor. If you know Delhi, you know these DDA flats are everywhere and they have a very specific feel to them. It’s a lived-in neighborhood with a lot of families and small businesses running out of the apartments. We handle things for The Qutab Hotel from here. It’s not the actual hotel building, just our office space in this residential block. The stairs can be a bit of a workout since we are on the third floor, but you get used to it. The rooms are a bit cramped with all the papers and equipment, but it’s where we do our daily tasks. Outside, the streets are always full of cars and vendors selling snacks. It’s a noisy, energetic part of the city. We don't have a big fancy reception area. It’s just a door with a small sign on it. We’ve been in Kalkaji for quite some time now. Most of our staff live nearby or take the metro to get here. We just try to keep things organized without making too much of a fuss. It’s a real, working-class Delhi environment, and that suits the way we operate just fine. Nothing too polished, just a regular office in a busy apartment complex where the tea is always hot.
