The Qutab Hotel (New Delhi)

We are based out of Bagdola Village in Sector-8, Dwarka, at House Number 407. Our office is a C/O Ravi Yadav’s place, so it feels more like a community spot than a cold corporate office. Working for The Qutab Hotel from here means we are a bit away from the main hotel site, but it allows us to focus on the management side of things without too many distractions. Dwarka is a big area and Bagdola Village has its own local character that we really like. It’s a place where neighbors still talk to each other and you can get a good meal around the corner. Our day-to-day usually involves a lot of scheduling and checking on supplies. We have a few computers and some old filing cabinets that are bursting at the seams. It isn't a fancy setup, but it works for us and we know where everything is kept. We are just regular people who have been in the hotel business for a long time. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us; we just go about our business and try to keep everything organized. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked by a local festival, but we just take it in stride. It’s a very practical way to work, and being in a residential village like Bagdola keeps us grounded. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the workload.
