The Qutab Hotel And Apartments

We have been set up at A-3 Aurbindo Marg for quite some time now, right here in the Green Park area of New Delhi. A lot of people find us by looking for Hotel Grand Sartaj because we share the space with Romi Panda. It’s a busy corner of the city, and things can get a bit loud with all the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We handle a mix of hotel rooms and apartments, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the day. Some people stay for just a night, while others are here for a few weeks because of work or just needing a place to stay while they settle into the city. We don’t really have any fancy lobby or anything, it is just a practical place to sleep and keep your things. We spend most of our mornings checking people out and making sure the cleaning gets done properly. The building has seen some years, so there is always a tap that needs fixing or a lightbulb that has gone out unexpectedly. We just handle it as it comes. It is a small team of us here, and we mostly just know everyone by their faces after a day or two. It is not like those big chain hotels where everything feels scripted. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them find their way around the market nearby. It’s just how we run things.
