The Palms Town & Country Club

We’re located at B 161 in Sultanpur, which is down in the South Delhi area, pin code 110030. It’s an interesting part of the city because you have a mix of everything around here. Our place isn’t tucked away in some high-rise; it’s right there on the ground where we can see what’s going on. We spend our days managing the club activities and keeping things running smoothly. It involves a lot of checking lists and talking to the staff about what needs fixing or who is coming by. The building itself is functional and has been our base for quite some time now. We don’t have any marketing experts or people in suits telling us how to talk. We just speak like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s an event or a lot of visitors, but we just handle it step by step. The dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes, so we’re always wiping down the tables and desks. It’s a real place with real problems and real solutions. We don’t try to pretend to be something we’re not. We just provide a space for people and keep the lights on. It’s a lot of manual work and paying attention to the small details that others might miss. That is how we have always done things here in Sultanpur and we stick to it every day.
