The Oterra

We are located in Flat No-B, 233, over at Kesabkunj in Sector-22, Dwarka. It is a residential kind of setup for our office work with The Oterra. Being in a flat means it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office building, which is nice for us. We have the usual desks and chairs squeezed into the rooms, and there is always a stack of files somewhere that needs looking at. Dwarka is a pretty organized part of New Delhi, and being in Sector-22 puts us near a lot of local shops and parks. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff here, making sure things are scheduled correctly and that the paperwork is in order for the hotel operations. It is mostly quiet work, punctuated by the phone ringing or someone knocking at the door with a delivery. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and take breaks when things get a bit too busy. It is not a place where you will find big signs or fancy lights, just a regular door in a residential block. We have gotten to know the neighbors a bit, and it feels like a decent place to spend our working hours. We just focus on getting the tasks done and making sure nothing falls through the cracks while we are managing the daily bits of business.
