The Oberoi New Delhi

Our place is called The Oberoi New Delhi, but if you look at our address, we are actually located at 202, Skv’s Spandana on Road No 6. That is in West Marredppally, Secunderabad, in Andhra Pradesh, 26. It might seem a bit confusing because of the name, but this is where we operate from. The building is a regular apartment or office block, not a big luxury hotel like the name might suggest to some people. We are tucked away in a residential part of Secunderabad. Road No 6 is usually pretty quiet, which we like. We have been here for a while, just doing our daily work. There aren't any big fountains or liveried doormen here. It’s just a normal door with a number on it. We handle our business matters from this office. Inside, it’s just desks, some filing cabinets, and us. We don’t spend money on making the place look polished or corporate. It’s a very honest, functional space. Most people who come here are looking for specific business help, not a room for the night. We’ve grown used to the neighborhood over the years. We know the local shops and the neighbors. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t have a fancy mission or anything. We just make sure the work gets done correctly and that we are back here the next morning to do it all again.
