You can find us at 24-C in the DDA Flats over in Ber Sarai. It’s a busy little corner of New Delhi-16 with a lot of people moving around. Our office isn't much to look at, just a regular residential flat where we’ve set up some desks and a few phones. We spend our days helping people figure out their travel plans. Whether it’s a simple bus ticket or a whole holiday package, we sit down and look through the options together. Ber Sarai is full of students and busy people, so there is always someone coming by to ask a question or grab a brochure. We don't use any fancy software, just the usual websites and some good old-fashioned phone calls to the agents. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life here. We’ve been in this flat for many years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the maps on the wall cover up the worst of it. We like it here because it feels like home. We know the neighbors and the guy at the local tea stall. When someone comes in, we offer them a chair and listen to what they need. It’s honest work. We try to find the cheapest flights or the quickest trains available. It's mostly about managing the small details that other people find annoying to deal with on their own. We keep the business running as best we can.
