The Mos Resturant(U.S.A.Chain Group)

The Mos Resturant is part of a larger group from the U.S.A., but our office here is a very local operation. We are based in the Pandav Nagar Complex at D-173, Ganesh Nagar. You will often see the names Mousumi Das or Sri. Asto Sandra associated with this address because that is how we are set up. It is not a place where you come to sit down and eat. Instead, this is where we do all the behind-the-scenes work that makes the restaurant possible. We handle the menus, talk to the food suppliers, and sort out the payroll for the staff. The office is tucked away in a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. It is often a bit cluttered with flyers and order forms. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to get the best prices for vegetables or meat. The neighborhood is very lively and can be quite loud, which sometimes makes it hard to hear on the phone. We do not have a fancy waiting area or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, we are just busy with our own tasks and will pull up a chair if someone drops by. It is a lot of hard work to keep a restaurant running, and this little office is the heart of it all. We just focus on the food and the service, making sure everything is ready for the customers.
