We spend our time planning trips and talking to people about where they want to go. It’s mostly phone calls and emails. Being near the bank makes it easy for people to find us. We get a lot of local foot traffic too. Sometimes people just walk in to ask about a flight or a hotel. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. It’s a practical workspace. The noise of the village is always there in the background, which we’ve gotten used to. We started this because we liked travel, and we’ve just stayed in this spot ever since. It’s convenient for the staff who live nearby. We don't follow any corporate script. If someone calls, they just talk to whoever picks up the phone. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. It’s a small operation here in Palam, and we like being part of the local community. It feels more grounded than being in a big office park. We just open up and start the day's bookings.
