The Leela Kempinski, Gurgaon

This office is tucked away in Sector 11 of Rohini. It's on the first floor of building A-3/85. It’s a pretty quiet residential-style street compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer. We aren't out in the middle of a big mall or anything. Most of our work is done right here at these desks. The light comes in through the windows in the afternoon and it gets quite warm, so we keep the fans going. It’s a small space, but we make it work for us. Everyone knows where everything is kept, though sometimes the filing system gets a bit messy when we're busy. We deal with things related to the Gurgaon location from here. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure details don't fall through the cracks. We don't have a big reception desk or a lobby. It's just us in here. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to say hello or the delivery guy gets confused about the floor. We just point them the right way. We've been in this part of Delhi for a while. Rohini has everything you need if you know where to look. We usually go out for a quick bite at the local stalls during lunch. It's a simple setup. We come in, do the work, and head back out. No big speeches or complicated stuff. Just regular people doing their daily tasks in a regular office.
