The Leela Hotels And Resorts

We are based out of the Gurgaon area, specifically at the Leela Kempinski site. It’s a big place, and there’s always a lot of movement around here. We aren't the ones in the fancy outfits you see out front; we’re mostly the ones in the back offices making sure the schedules and the supplies are all sorted out for the resorts. It’s a lot of work to keep a place like this running, but we’ve got a good rhythm down by now. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon when we’re talking to each other or to anyone else. We just say it like it is. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we first started here, with new buildings going up every time you blink. We’ve stayed pretty steady through it all, though. Our day usually starts early and ends whenever the work is done. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get finished before we can head home. It’s a busy environment, but we try to keep a level head and just deal with one thing at a time. People come from all over, and we just do our part to make sure the background stuff is handled so they don't have to worry about it. It might be loud and fast-paced sometimes, but we just stick to our tasks and keep moving.
