The Leela Hotel & Residence Gaurgaon

The Leela Hotel & Residence is located in Gurgaon, which is a fast-paced part of the National Capital Region. Our building is a large structure that stands out among the many other towers in this city. Working here is quite different from a typical office job because the building never actually closes. There are always people coming and going, whether they are staying in the hotel or living in the residences. The staff here works in shifts, so the faces you see in the morning are often different from the ones you see in the evening. Gurgaon can be a very busy and sometimes stressful place with all its traffic and tall buildings, but inside our walls, we try to keep things orderly and calm. We have a lot of different departments, from the people handling the front desk to those working in the kitchens or maintenance. Most of our work happens in the background, making sure that the rooms are ready and the hallways are clean. We don't really have a central "About Us" story other than the fact that we are a big group of people trying to keep a very large building running 24 hours a day. It takes a lot of coordination to make sure everything stays in place. We spend our days on our feet, moving from one floor to another, and dealing with whatever needs to be fixed or organized next. It is a constant cycle of work.
