Our place is located over in West Sant Nagar, specifically at House No. 96 on Street No. 6 in Bhagat Colony. If you know the Burari Road area, you know it can get a bit hectic with all the traffic and people moving around. We spent a lot of time setting up The Kitchen Art here because we wanted a spot that felt like it belonged to the neighborhood. It’s basically where we do all our daily work, messing around with recipes and making sure things are ready for whoever needs them. The kitchen itself is the main part of the house, and it usually smells like whatever we have on the stove that morning. We aren't a big factory or some giant chain, just a small operation running out of a house. Sometimes the neighbors pop their heads in to see what’s cooking or just to say hello. We don't really do much advertising because most people just find us by walking past or hearing from a friend. The street is narrow so parking can be a bit of a pain, but we make it work. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized and clean while getting orders out the door. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the colony. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here, nothing too fancy or complicated. We just focus on the food and the work at hand.
