The Kenilworth Beach Resort & Spa Goa

The Kenilworth Beach Resort & Spa Goa actually has its administrative office here at L-121 in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. It’s a bit of a contrast when you think about it. Outside the windows, there’s the dusty, busy street of Mahipalpur with cars honking and people rushing to catch flights at the airport. Inside, we are working on things for a resort that’s all about beaches and relaxation. Our office is a simple, functional space. It’s not very big, and it’s packed with folders, computers, and phone lines that are usually busy. We handle all the behind-the-scenes work from here. We don't have a spa in this building, just a couple of fans and a small fridge for our lunch. The walls have some photos of the resort in Goa, which is a nice reminder of what we are working for. Mahipalpur is a chaotic place to work, but it’s convenient because we are so close to the travel hub of the city. We don't have a grand entrance or a doorman. You just find the door for L-121 and come up. We are a small group and we’ve worked together for a long time. It’s not a fancy corporate life, just a lot of hard work to make sure everything at the resort runs smoothly. We spend our days on the phone, making sure guests are happy and everything is booked correctly. It is a lot of coordination across a long distance.
