The Imperial

You can find us over at Elephanta Heights Apartments, specifically in unit 609. Being in Sector 10 of Dwarka makes things pretty convenient since the metro isn't too far off. It’s a residential building, so it’s quieter than the main markets. We have been working out of this spot on Plot No. 41 for some time. The apartment setup is simple. It doesn't look like your typical glass-and-steel office building. We like it that way because it feels more relaxed. Most days involve just sitting at our desks and sorting through whatever came in that morning. There’s a lift, which is good because we are up on the sixth floor. Dwarka is quite spread out, so we usually have to drive or take a rickshaw if we need to grab lunch. The security guards at the gate know us by now. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road to the building entrance. We try to keep things organized inside, though papers do pile up on the tables sometimes. It’s just us here, doing the daily tasks. New Delhi 110075 is a big area, but this little corner of Sector 10 feels like home. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, but it’s not a priority right now. We just focus on the work at hand and getting home before the traffic gets too bad. We've got a kettle for tea and a few chairs for when someone visits.
