We run our operations out of Flat No. 224 in the Modern Apartments, located in Sector 15 of Rohini. It’s a bit unusual to have an office in a residential complex, but it works well for us because it keeps things quiet and focused. Rohini is a massive residential hub, and Sector 15 is one of those areas where you really feel the community around you. Our office is just a regular flat that we have converted into a workspace. We have a main table where we all sit, and a few computers set up along the walls. It feels more like a home than a business, which we actually prefer. We handle the management for The Imperial from here, mostly dealing with paperwork and phone calls. You won't find any big signs or fancy lobbies here. Instead, you'll find a group of people working steadily through their to-do lists. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks or you can hear a car alarm in the parking lot, but that’s just life in the apartments. We keep our overhead low and our work honest. We don’t use any big marketing words; we just talk to people like they are our neighbors. It is a very local way of doing things, and it allows us to stay close to the ground. We have been in this sector for a while and enjoy the simple, steady pace of working in a place like this.
