The Imperial, New Delhi

Even though the name says New Delhi, we are actually based out of Kolkata. You can find us at 53/2 Gopal Misra Road in the Senpally Behala area. It’s a bit of a different vibe here than being in the capital, that's for sure. The road out front is usually busy with people going about their business. Our spot for The Imperial is pretty modest. We don't have a huge lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. The neighborhood is friendly, and we’ve gotten to know the people who live and work nearby. Inside, it’s just the usual office setup. We have our desks, some old cupboards for filing, and a small area for making coffee. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up when it’s a busy week. The humidity in Kolkata can be a bit much sometimes, but we have some fans going to keep us cool while we work. People often ask about the name since we are so far from Delhi, but we just tell them this is where we are located. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the daily tasks that come our way and try to keep everything moving smoothly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s our job and we do it right here on Gopal Misra Road.
