The Imperial Hotel,New Delhi

If you head over to Vikas Puri in Delhi, specifically to A-182, that’s where we’re located. We handle things for The Imperial Hotel from this spot. It’s not the main hotel building itself, obviously, but a dedicated office where we manage the things people don’t see when they’re staying in a room. We’ve got desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of paperwork that needs sorting every single day. Vikas Puri is a lively neighborhood, so there’s always some noise from the street coming through the windows. We’re not a huge group, just a few of us making sure the logistics and the back-office stuff are handled right. It’s a lot of typing, phone calls, and checking lists. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything like that because we’re mostly focused on the internal tasks. The space is a bit cramped when we get a big shipment of supplies or records, but we make it work. It’s just a normal office life. We have our tea together in the afternoon and try to keep the atmosphere relaxed even when the workload gets heavy. We aren't trying to sell anything here; we’re just the people behind the scenes making sure the details are taken care of for the hotel. It’s honest work in a busy part of Delhi-28. We keep our heads down, do the work, and make sure the records for the hotel are accurate.
