The Imperial Hotel New Delhi

Even though the name says New Delhi, we are actually located at 47, Street Jatan in Kiratpur, over in the Bijnor district. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city, but this is where we run things from. The Imperial Hotel New Delhi has its roots and operations managed right here in this local street. It’s a small-town vibe compared to the big city. We spend our time handling the logistics and making sure the paperwork is in order. The street outside can be a bit dusty and loud with the local traffic, but we just keep our heads down and work. We don't have a fancy lobby here in Kiratpur; it’s more of an administrative spot for us. The people working here are all from the nearby area. We know the neighbors and we know the rhythms of the market nearby. It’s a very different pace of life. We don't have a lot of high-tech stuff. We use what we have and we make sure the job gets done. Sometimes the mail takes a while to get here, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big glass building. We just want to keep the hotel business running smoothly from our corner of Bijnor. It’s been our way of doing things for years now and it seems to work.
