The Hotel Hindusthan International

We are based over in Dilshad Colony in East Delhi. You can find us at A-156, G-2. It’s near Shahdara, which is a pretty lively area. This isn't the big hotel building you might be thinking of. This is more of an office or a contact point for The Hotel Hindusthan International. Shalini and Aradhana Dubey work from here. It’s a small ground-floor space in a residential colony. Because of where we are, it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We handle various administrative tasks and answer questions people might have about the hotel. It’s a very basic setup. We have a couple of desks, some chairs, and a lot of files stacked up. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a while and the neighbors all know us. We don't do any big marketing or have flashy signs. We just do the day-to-day work that keeps things moving behind the scenes. Sometimes we have people dropping by to drop off papers or just to talk about bookings. We usually have a pot of tea going. It feels more like a home office than a big corporate headquarters. We like it that way because it’s more personal. We spend our days on the computer or talking on the phone. It’s just regular work, and we try to do it as best as we can without making things too complicated. Dilshad Colony is a nice place to be.
