The Great Kabab Factory ( R H W )

We are The Great Kabab Factory (R H W) and you can find us at Wz-15, Plot No 47 in the Navyug Block of Vishnu Guarden, New Delhi. This part of New Delhi is pretty crowded and there's always a lot of noise. Our place is tucked into one of the smaller streets. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or the prep area. It’s hot and busy most of the day. We aren't one of those places with a lot of polished chrome and glass. It’s a working kitchen. We handle a lot of orders for the local area. Vishnu Guarden is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we see a lot of the same faces. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just make the food and hope people like it enough to come back. The floors are usually a bit wet from cleaning and there's always a smell of spices in the air. It’s just a small team of us working here. Sometimes we run out of things and have to send someone to the local market quickly. That’s just how it goes. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just want to finish the day's work and go home to our families. It’s hard work, but it’s honest. We’ve been at Plot No 47 for a while and don't plan on moving. There is always a lot of cleaning to do before we lock up at night.
