The Great India Tour Company operates out of Paschim Puri, specifically House No. 255 in Pocket-2. It’s a standard neighborhood setup, nothing too flashy. We have been planning tours and trips from this small office for quite some time. The walls are covered with old posters of places people want to visit, though some of them are getting a bit faded from the sun. We spend most of our mornings on the phone with hotels and bus drivers. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather messes up a travel plan, but we do our best to fix things. The office is usually a bit messy with brochures and folders everywhere. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to typing up itineraries. Paschim Puri is a decent place to be based; it's easy for people to find us once they get into the right pocket. We have a couple of desks that have seen better days and a computer that takes its time to start up in the morning. We don't worry much about that as long as the work gets done. It’s a local business through and through. We know the regulars and they know where to find us when they want to go somewhere new. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
