The Grand

We are currently operating out of Santoshpur in Kolkata, specifically at L-35/I on Middle Road. It is more of a home-office setup under the care of Ms. Nandi. This is not a massive corporate building by any means; it is a local place where we manage things for The Grand. Santoshpur has its own unique charm, and being right on Middle Road means we are in the middle of all the local life. We do not have a big staff here, just a few of us handling the essential tasks that come up. It is a bit informal, which is actually the way we like it. We spend our time coordinating different aspects of the business and keeping track of what is happening elsewhere. The space is filled with files, a couple of older computers, and probably a few too many tea cups on the desks. It is the kind of place where you can hear the neighbors and the street noise throughout the day. We do not have any big marketing budgets or fancy slogans to show off. We just try to keep things moving and make sure our records are accurate at the end of every week. Sometimes it gets a bit disorganized when we have a lot going on at once, but we always manage to sort it out eventually. It is a practical way to run a business without all the extra fuss.
