The Grand New Delhi

You can find us at House Number 61 in Prateek Market, which is right inside Munirka Village. If you know New Delhi, you know Munirka is always crowded and the lanes are pretty narrow. Our spot is right in the middle of all that noise and activity. The Grand New Delhi isn't some massive glass building you might see on the highway. We are tucked away in a place where people are always walking by, carrying groceries or heading to the bus stop. It’s a bit of a squeeze to get a car in here, so most people just walk from the main road. Inside, things are a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and some old furniture that we probably should have replaced years ago. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to deal with that yet. We mostly just focus on the daily work that comes through the door. Usually, there is some music playing from a neighbor’s radio and you can smell whatever is being cooked in the house next door. It’s a very local way to do business, and we don't try to act like we are bigger than we are. People come in, ask their questions, and we do our best to help them out without making a big deal of it. It’s just us here at Prateek Market, keeping things moving along as best we can despite the daily chaos of the village streets.
