The Grand New Delhi

We are based out of a flat in Mandawali, specifically Flat No. 9 on the 3rd floor of building 244/24. It is in Gali No. 1, near the Talab Chawk area. Finding the place can be a bit tricky if you are not from around here because the lanes are quite narrow and the numbers can be confusing. It is a humble setup for a business called The Grand New Delhi. Being on the third floor means a lot of climbing since there is no lift. The office is basically a converted flat where we manage all the administrative stuff. Mandawali is a very crowded place, and there is always something going on in the street below. We can hear the kids playing and the vendors selling vegetables from our balcony. It is not a corporate office with a big sign; it is just a quiet place where we work. We handle various bookings and guest details from this small space. Most of our work is done over the phone or on the few laptops we have. It is a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we keep things as tidy as we can. We are just a few people trying to keep the business running from this corner of Delhi. It is not fancy, but it gets the job done for us every single day while we watch the neighborhood bustle below.
