The Grand - New Delhi

The Grand - New Delhi actually operates out of Sriram Bhawan, which is located in the Gandhiganj area of Hapur. It’s in the Ghaziabad district, so it’s a bit of a drive from the actual city center of Delhi. We get a lot of questions about that, but this is where we are based. Our building, number 107, is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Gandhiganj. It’s a busy area with a lot of local trade going on, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't have a bunch of fancy executives running things. It’s just us here, managing the bookings and making sure everything is lined up for the guests. The office is pretty basic—just desks, some chairs, and a lot of registers. We don’t use any of that big corporate language because it doesn't really fit who we are. We’re more about just getting the work done and making sure people have a place to stay when they come through. Sometimes the power goes out or the street outside gets blocked by a delivery truck, but we just take it in stride. We’ve been here long enough to know how to handle the little problems that pop up every day. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place, and we think that’s the best way to run things in a town like Hapur.
