The Grand Hyatt,New Delhi

We operate out of Mahipalpur, specifically over at L-31 in the L Block. If you have ever driven towards the airport, you have probably passed Street No-1 without even noticing it. That is exactly where we are located. It is a busy area with a lot of travelers and local shops, so things never really get quiet around here. The Grand Hyatt name is what we go by at this New Delhi location. Our setup is pretty straightforward and functional. We do not have a giant lobby or anything impressive like that. It is more of a practical space where the day-to-day operations happen. People often get confused with the bigger, flashier hotels nearby, but we just do our own thing right here in the neighborhood. The building is a bit older, and the stairs are kind of narrow, but it works fine for us. We spend most of our time dealing with logistics and making sure everything is lined up for the day. Mahipalpur has its own specific vibe, very fast-paced and usually a bit dusty. We have a small staff and we have all been working together for a long time. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the busy schedule. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes things get a bit chaotic when all the deliveries show up at the same time. But we manage to get it done. It is a real place with real people.
