The Grand Hotel, New Delhi.

Our hotel is located in New Delhi, though the address on the paperwork we have is written as Fbarklfhlaghgkkliavg, which looks like a typo, but we just go with it. Working here at The Grand Hotel is mostly about keeping the lobby clean and making sure the guests aren't waiting too long for their keys. It’s a large building and there is always something that needs attention. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make the beds, clean the floors, and try to keep the kitchen running. New Delhi is a huge, loud city, and being part of a big hotel means we see people from all walks of life. Some days are really busy with weddings or big meetings, and everyone has to work extra hard. Other days are slower and we spend more time just tidying up. We don't have a list of big goals or anything. We just want to make sure the rooms are ready when someone shows up. It’s a lot of physical work and standing on your feet for hours. The staff here is just a bunch of regular people trying to do their jobs well. We aren't perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we try to fix things when they go wrong. It’s just how a big hotel runs day to day.
