The Grand (5 Star Hotel)

Even though the name on the door says The Grand, we are actually a local place located in Rohini Sector-8. Our address is D-11/101, right here in New Delhi. We have been part of this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a bit funny calling it a 5-star hotel when we feel more like a local guest house where everyone knows each other. We try to provide a decent place for people to stay when they are visiting this part of the city. We don't have a massive marketing budget. There is no team of people in suits running around here. It is mostly just a few of us. We make sure the rooms are clean and the guests have what they need for the night. Sometimes things get a bit hectic. If there is a wedding nearby, everyone wants a room at the same time. We’ve learned to just take it as it comes. We aren't part of some big international chain. We are just a local business in Rohini trying to do things the right way. People seem to appreciate that we are honest. We don't put on any airs. We keep the lights on and the doors open for anyone who needs a place to rest. It’s not always perfect. But we put in the effort every single day. That is how we operate and we are happy to be here.
