The Global Education & Leadership Foundation

We are located over in Dilshad Garden, at 106D Pocket E in the Gtb Enclave. This part of Delhi is a bit more spread out, and being in the enclave gives us a nice little spot to work from. The Global Education & Leadership Foundation is based here, and we spend our time on a lot of different projects related to students and teaching. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with books, binders, and some shared tables. It does not look like a big corporate foundation; it looks more like a community center or a small school office. We spend a lot of time on the phone or having small meetings around the table to plan out our next steps. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the flyers and program materials lying around, but we know where everything is. The local area is pretty quiet, which is a nice change from the busier parts of New Delhi. We have a few staff members who live nearby, so it feels like a very local operation. We are not trying to impress anyone with a sleek office design. We just care about the work we are doing and making sure our programs are actually happening. Most days are spent typing up reports or talking to people about education. It is a steady job and we like being in this part of town, near the GTB hospital.
