We are based in Uttam Nagar, specifically in Shish Ram Park at A 44/6. If you know West Delhi, you know Uttam Nagar is always moving and very crowded with people and traffic. Our office is tucked away in the park area which is a bit of a relief from the main road madness. We spend our days looking at maps, booking tickets, and talking to people about where they want to go for their holidays or work trips. It’s a small office, mostly filled with folders, maps, and brochures that we’ve collected over the years. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people and fancy computers. It’s just a few of us who know how to navigate the travel systems and get things done. The walls are a bit plain, and we have some old desks, but everything works well enough for us. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask about train timings or cheap flights to different cities. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated for anyone. Living and working in Uttam Nagar means you’re used to the noise of the metro overhead and the rickshaws outside. It’s an honest living for our small team. We don't have any fancy slogans or mission statements. We just sit here, pick up the phone, and try to get the bookings right. Sometimes the printers jam, but we just deal with it as it comes.
