The Facilitators

We are based over in Laxmi Nager, which is in the Delhi-92 postal zone. This area is known for being extremely crowded and full of life. The Facilitators office is right in the middle of all that chaos. Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the side streets, but once you're here, it’s pretty simple. The building we’re in is an older one, and the stairs are made of stone that’s worn down from years of use. Inside, we have a couple of rooms where we do our work. It’s not a big corporate setup. We have mismatched chairs and desks that have seen better days. There’s no reception area to speak of; you just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. We spend our days handling various tasks, mostly dealing with people coming in to ask questions. There's always a pot of tea on the go because we have a lot of visitors throughout the day. The noise from the traffic outside is constant, with horns honking and people shouting, but after a while, you just stop hearing it. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum loudly. It keeps the air moving at least. We’re just a group of people trying to keep things organized and moving forward. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some phone numbers scribbled on a notepad.
