The Corus & Bonsai Resturant

The Corus & Bonsai Resturant is our little place over in West Sagar Pur. The exact address is Rz H 5A. We’ve been here in this neighborhood serving food for a long time. It’s not a big fancy place with waiters in suits. It’s just us in the kitchen and a few tables for whoever wants to sit down. West Sagar Pur is a busy, crowded area, and our spot at Rz H 5A is right in the thick of it. We chose the name because we liked how it sounded, even if we are just a small local eatery. Most of our days are spent prepping vegetables and getting the stove going. We don't have a huge menu, just the things we know how to make well. The building itself is quite old and has its quirks. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy and the street outside is always full of people and scooters. We like the energy of the place, though. It feels like a real part of the community. We get a lot of the same people coming in every day for their lunch or a quick snack. We don't do much advertising; people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from their neighbors. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We just keep the doors open and the food hot at Rz H 5A.
