The Claridges

We are located in Lajpat Nagar, which everyone knows is one of the busiest parts of Delhi. It is always crowded here with people shopping and cars honking. Our spot is right in the middle of all that chaos. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, and the entrance can be a bit easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. Inside, we have a few rooms where we do our daily work. It is often quite loud because of the street noise, so we have to keep the windows shut most of the time. The air feels a bit heavy with all the dust from the market nearby. We have some old desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. There is a small space in the back where we keep our bags and eat our lunch. We usually go out to the local stalls to get some street food when we are tired of what we brought from home. Lajpat Nagar has a way of wearing you out by the end of the day, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some notes pinned up. It’s a very functional space for us. We just show up, do the work, and then head home through the crowded metro station.
