The Claridges

We've been here at 117 Arya Nager for quite a while now. Most people in Meerut know this area pretty well because it gets quite busy during the day. We started out just wanting a place where things could get done without too much fuss. It isn't a massive corporate office or anything like that, just a building where we show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially near the main road, but inside we just keep at it. The staff here are mostly locals who have been around the neighborhood for years. We know the chai wallah down the street and the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a simple setup really. We don’t have fancy slogans or big posters on the walls. Mostly, we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. Arya Nager has changed a lot since we first arrived, with new shops opening up and more cars on the road, but we’re still here in the same spot. We like the fact that people can just drop by and talk to us face to face. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet slows down when it rains, but that’s just how it is living and working here. We just deal with it and keep moving forward. It’s just us, doing our thing every day, year after year.
