The Claridges New Delhi

Our place for The Claridges is actually over in Greater Noida at Plot No 286, Delta II. It’s quite a distance from the main city of Delhi, so things are a bit more spread out and quiet here. We deal with a lot of the logistical side of things or specific guest needs that come through this branch. The office space isn't huge, but we keep it organized with plenty of files and a couple of computers that are always running. Since we are in U.P., the vibe is a little different than the busy streets of New Delhi. We have to deal with the commute and the local weather, which gets incredibly hot during the summer months. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or checking emails to make sure everything is lined up for the daily operations. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, and we end up ordering food from the little shop around the corner. The building is fairly standard for this part of Greater Noida, surrounded by other residential and commercial plots. We don’t really do the fancy decorations here like they might elsewhere; it’s more about getting the work done and making sure the records are right. It’s a practical environment where we all know each other’s names and how we take our tea. Just a regular bunch of people working hard in the Delta II area.
