It’s a bit of a funny email address for a whole mall, but it works for us and we’ve used it forever. We've been running things this way for a long time. The mall has a lot going on every single day. People come for the shops or just to walk around when it’s too hot to stay outside. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff from here. It’s not always glamorous work. There is always a lightbulb to change or a floor that needs a good sweep. Noida is a busy place and we are right in the middle of all that noise. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just focus on keeping the doors open and making sure everything runs okay for the day. If there's a problem, we just try to fix it quickly. It’s a lot of work managing a whole mall like this. You get all sorts of people walking through. Some are happy, some are in a big rush. We see it all from our little office. We've been using that Yahoo mail for years now. It might seem old school but it gets the job done. That’s how we like to do things here. Just keep it simple and keep moving.
