The Atrium,Claridges Group

Down here in Badarpur, specifically in Mithapur Extension, we handle things for The Atrium, which is part of the Claridges Group. Our spot is at House Number 173 on Street 6B. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but we like the quiet of this specific street. Being part of a bigger hotel group sounds like it would be all suits and ties, but mostly it is just us making sure the daily operations are smooth. We deal with a lot of paperwork and coordination from this office. The building is a regular house that we have set up to manage our part of the hospitality business. New Delhi can be a bit overwhelming, but Mithapur has a different feel to it. My day usually starts with a cup of tea and looking through the schedules. We don't really do the big marketing talk; we just focus on the guests and the rooms. There is always something needing repair or a staff member asking for a shift change. It is a bit messy sometimes, with files piled up and the phone buzzing, but we manage to get through it. People think hotel work is all glamour, but a lot of it happens in small offices like ours on Street 6B. We have been in this neighborhood for a bit now and the locals know where we are. We just keep the wheels turning for the group without making a big fuss about it.
