Even though the name says New Delhi, this particular spot for The Ambassadors Sky Chef is actually down in Tamil Nadu. We are located at 51/48 Odakkadu in Narayana Nager, which is in Komarapalayam, Namakkal district. It’s a bit of a distance from the capital, but this is where the work gets done. The address is linked to P. Manoharan’s place. It’s a typical street in a busy area. You’ve got the local shops and houses all packed together. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. It’s a very modest setup. Most people who work here are from the local neighborhood. We speak Tamil mostly, and the atmosphere is very laid back but we keep our eyes on the tasks.
