The Ambassador Hotel(Taj Group),New Delhi

We operate out of Yamuna Vihar, specifically at C-10/27. It’s a residential-feeling area, which is quite different from the big hotel buildings you might expect. Our setup here is quite modest. We have a few rooms turned into offices where we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work. It’s mostly paperwork, scheduling, and keeping track of things that keep the larger gears turning. The street outside is usually quiet in the afternoons, save for a few vegetable vendors passing by with their carts. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s not a polished environment; the paint might be peeling a bit in the corners and the furniture has seen better days. But it’s home for us during the work hours. We don't have big signs outside, so most people just think it’s another house on the block. We like the quietness of Yamuna Vihar compared to the more hectic parts of Delhi. Sometimes we sit out on the small balcony during lunch just to get some sun and a break from the computer screens. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't do anything flashy here. We just make sure the tasks are finished and the files are updated so things keep moving elsewhere. It’s just honest work in a regular Delhi house, and that is enough for us most days.
