You can find us over at 30/455 in New Moti Nagar. It’s a fairly typical Delhi neighborhood, and we have been set up here for a good amount of time. The office is where most of the action happens, though it’s mostly just people on phones and typing away at their desks. We handle a lot of administrative stuff and project management, so there are always piles of files that need to be sorted through. It’s not the kind of place with fancy art on the walls or leather sofas. We have basic desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use. The traffic outside can be pretty bad during rush hour, so we usually hear a lot of horns honking while we work. We take our tea breaks when we can, usually standing near the window to see what’s going on in the street below. Managing a group like this means there is always a small crisis to deal with, like a late delivery or a computer crashing at the wrong time. We just take it as it comes. It’s a practical environment where we focus on getting the day's tasks done so we can go home to our families. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things organized in a city that can be quite chaotic at times. It’s just a normal office life for us.
